To celebrate Easter, in addition to our menu, chef Ricardo Bolas and his team have prepared a selection of dishes that pay homage to tradition, comfort and the flavours of the season. Each proposal has been designed to turn this time of year into a moment of sharing and pleasure at the table.
The experience begins with an antipasti of Potato Foam, artichoke salad and caviar - a light and sophisticated combination that awakens the palate.
The main courses include two emblematic dishes. The Campagnolo Cod, served with gnocchi wrapped in tomato sauce, capers and kalamata olives, in a tribute to Mediterranean flavours.
Papardelle with Agnello Ragù brings the richness of lamb slowly stewed at low temperature, delicately shredded and wrapped in fresh pasta made in-house.
To finish with a sweet touch, the classic Torta della Nonna made of pasta flora, pastry cream, pine nuts and mascarpone cream is the treat that promises to win over lovers of Italian cuisine.
