At Rocco, we have all the ingredients to make this Easter the sweetest of all. Our special and exclusive products bring a new flavor and a more sophisticated and creative touch to the classic delicacies of this season.

We have three special items, carefully prepared by our pastry chef Claiton Ferreira, to make this season even more delicious.

The star is our generously proportioned Rocco Egg (50cm and 2.8kg), with the intense flavor of 70% dark chocolate Piura Blanco and filled with caramel and fleur de sel, Sicilian pistachio, Piedmont hazelnut and dark chocolate truffles.  There are only 10 units, manually numbered.

The Amalfi Egg combines 70% dark chocolate with 40% milk chocolate, both made from Piura Blanco Cocoa. The decorative elements make up a photogenic set of crustaceans with Piedmont hazelnut praline.

Both the Rocco Egg and the Amalfi Egg are made with Piura Blanco Cocoa, exclusively sourced from the Piura region (Perú) and known as one of the best cocoas in the world. With complex and delicate flavors, a special citrus fruit flavor, floral notes and low bitterness stand out.

Finally, our Easter Basket, with three boxes with an assortment of almonds, two 70% dark chocolate eggs and two 40% milk chocolate eggs, filled with caramel and fleur de sel, Sicilian pistachio, Piedmont hazelnut and dark chocolate truffles.

Here, the milk chocolate also comes from Piura Blanco Cocoa and the dark chocolate eggs are made from São Tomé Cocoa, known for its intense flavor, where the notes of dried fruits and a slight acidity stand out.
